Madiem Kawa is a seasoned IT and project leadership professional with over 30 years of experience in technology and 12 years guiding transformative initiatives. As the owner and principal consultant of AetherOps Project Consulting, she partners with small businesses, non-profits, and organizations to deliver strategic and results-driven solutions.
